# How to track your order

Want to know where your order is?
Once an order ships you will receive an email ( check junk mail as it may go in there) showing the tracking number and postal service selected
Enter the tracking number into the postal service selected for the order
<https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item>
<https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search>
Each item will have a status, example of an item that is on the way;


### Tracking the shipments
Scroll down below your order items and you will see shipments.  Each shipment will contain either 1 or multiple items, it will let you know what is in each box.  This example shows the 1 box containing a phone case, shipped by Royal Mail:
