How to track your order
Want to know where your order is?
If you have selected a non tracked postal option there will be no tracking number available and the order will arrive by the estimated delivery dates given by the delivery network at time of order.
Orders with a tracking option selected can be tracked by inserting your tracking number sent at time of dispatch in the relevant delivery network website
Each item will have a status, example of an item that is on the way;
Scroll down below your order items and you will see shipments. Each shipment will contain either 1 or multiple items, it will let you know what is in each box. This example shows the 1 box containing a phone case, shipped by Royal Mail:
