How to track your order
Want to know where your order is? Orders can be tracked via the Orders page in your account. We sometimes ship items separately so to view where each item is in the process click on "View status" beside the order you are looking to track.
Each item will have a status, example of an item that is on the way;
Each item has an estimate date it will arrive to your delivery address
Scroll down below your order items and you will see shipments. Each shipment will contain either 1 or multiple items, it will let you know what is in each box. This example shows the 1 box containing a phone case, shipped by Royal Mail:
